If you would have asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would never have imagined the answer would be a Master Esthetician. Struggling with my own skin is what ultimately led me on this career path, and in hind site, I am very happy it did! I had perfectly clear skin, until I was about 19 years old when I developed a severe case of non inflamed acne that took me over a decade of trial and error and research to clear. I was hoping that going to esthetics school would finally teach me the tools I needed to clear my own skin but, to my disappointment, it didn't.

The truth is, they don't actually teach you HOW to clear acne in school. Being an esthetician and having acne made me even more self conscious. How could I treat other's skin when I still struggled with my own? It seemed like I tried everything to clear my skin, and I almost thought I would have to live with it forever. Luckily, with my constant research and the right training, I finally figured out how to clear my skin! I began teaching my acne clients how to clear their skin with the acne program and have successfully cleared dozens of clients using this approach. I have over 11 years experience treating the skin and honing my craft. My passion for helping others and my desire for all my clients to achieve their best skin is what sets me apart from the rest.

It is my ongoing goal to make sure that every client that walks through my door is given the time and attention they deserve and creating a plan that will ultimately lead them to their skincare goals. Taking a client through a skin transforming journey and watching them reclaim their self confidence and happiness is what speaks to my heart and makes my career so fulfilling. Even though I had to deal with my own acne for all those years, I can be thankful that it made me so good at what I do and I can't help but share that with the world.

Hi! My name is Jessie and I am so excited to be starting a career here at Skin Deep Studio as a Master Esthetician. I graduated from Clover Park Technical College with a degree in Esthetic Sciences in June 2021. Although I am new to this industry, I have always been a skincare and makeup junkie. I have struggled with acne for a long time and tried EVERYTHING but nothing got me the results or confidence I was hoping to achieve.

After finishing makeup school back in 2018, my skin was a huge insecurity of mine. One day I saw a Facebook ad for the acne program down here in Sumner with Whitney. I was committed, got amazing results, and that’s how I dove into the esthetics program at Clover Park Technical College. That is what drives me in this field, knowing firsthand what it’s like to see your skin transform. I can empathize with my clients and I really love seeing people light up when they feel good in their own skin!
